30 Days. 30 A.I. Tools.
Welcome to THE-HEADSHOT, where our goal is to help you show you best professional self, and that means way more than just the best, greatest headshot you’ve ever taken by us ◡̈
For the next 30 days I’m turning myself into a tech guinea pig: each day I’ll test-drive a different AI tool, take notes on what it does well (and what I can’t figure out), then share how you might plug it into your own workflow.
Why?
Well, for starters, I’m a full time creative in advertising, and a headshot photographer on the side. My days are pretty packed, and I’m always hunting for faster, smarter ways to brainstorm, design, edit, and deliver. If any of these tools are going to shave off any time off my to-do list, then I’m game!
AI is also exploding with tools and new capabilities every week. It feels like everyday there’s 100 new tools, and 100 new things we can do faster. It’s both inspiring and intimidating at the same time, and especially with the gloomy possibility of it taking our jobs. We can’t beat it, so let’s join it and learn how to use it. A month-long sprint feels like the perfect way for all of us to start meeting each of the hundreds of tools.
Sad for me, but great for you, I learned in the 2nd grade that I’m a kinesthetic learner, meaning, I learn best by doing. I have to be hands on, or else, my brain will not retain the information. I wish I could hear instructions and know what to do. But since that’s not the case, I see this as a win-win, you’ll help me by keeping me focused and excited to try new tools, and I’ll help you by sharing what I find, and I’ll share my hands on experiments with each tool.
I’ll be posting daily recap videos of each tool I try out, and I hope it helps you learn something new too.
So, if you’re curious about AI but don’t have time to test every shiny new toy, follow along. Drop questions or tool suggestions in the comments, and let’s make this month A.I.wsome….get it….no one is reading this :)
See you on June 1st with Tool #1!
