Our Policies

  • THE-HEADSHOT LLC. requires full payment to book and secure a session.

  • Clients are allotted a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. This time will be deducted from the session duration, and the session will proceed with the remaining time available.

    If the client does not arrive within the 20-minute grace period, the session will be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the session cost will be required to secure the new session date.

  • Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty, provided rescheduling occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date and time.

    Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the session cost.

  • Cancellation by Client: 

    Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session date and time will result in a credit for the full payment, which may be applied toward a future session.

    If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled session date and time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the session cost will apply.



    Cancellation by Photographer: 

    In the rare event that the photographer must cancel, the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the opportunity to reschedule without penalty.

  • If the client fails to show up for the session without prior notification or reasonable efforts to inform the photographer, the client will be considered a "no-show."

    No-shows will forfeit their payment entirely. To book a new session after a "no-show," full payment will be required.
